AI tools and prompts for high-functioning professionals with ADHD. Start the morning. Keep the deals moving. Ship the things you've been sitting on. Organized by friction point — because when you're stuck, you don't want to browse a menu.
Why this exists
For most of my career I could see exactly what needed to happen and still not start. I would stare at an email I needed to send for three days. I would know a relationship needed a touchpoint and watch weeks go by. It felt like my brain could see the destination clearly but could not reliably turn the ignition on.
I told myself I was lazy. Undisciplined. That serious people had this together. Getting diagnosed with ADHD at 39 didn't fix any of that. But it finally gave language to what was actually happening: this wasn't a character flaw. It was an execution gap.
When AI tools got good enough to actually help, I stopped trying to fix my brain and started building around it. I run a commercial real estate finance firm in the Mountain West. Deals take months. Relationships are everything. Missing a touchpoint costs real money. These prompts are what I actually use to keep it all moving on the days my brain won't cooperate.
"It felt like trying to push a movie through a keyhole. The whole thing was there. I just couldn't get it out."

This library is not written by a marketer who read about ADHD. It is a survival manual from someone who had to engineer these systems to keep their business alive. That is the difference you'll feel on page one.

New — The ADHD Operator Series
The hardest part of the ADHD day is the first 60 minutes. Not because mornings are difficult — but because the ADHD brain runs on urgency and stimulation, and a quiet Tuesday offers neither. So you either react to the first alert, or you stall. Either way, the day gets decided before 9am.
The Morning Ignition Kit is a 5-part AI system built around that exact problem. One master prompt. Five morning archetypes. A pre-loaded night-before brief. A no-phone protocol. A 7-day onboarding plan. Every piece works in under 10 minutes.
